Schools out and time for some thrills

The largest wooden inverted rollercoaster in Ireland is open every day at Tayto Park.  If you want to really treat the children, this is a great day out.  With added fun this Summer from Fossetts Circus, daily showings take place between 1.30pm and 4.00pm.  And if you haven’t yet ventured on the Rotator, don’t let this Summer pass by without trying it.

And there’s education for the little ones too.  Dinosaurs alive has many gone but not forgotten dinosaurs to thrill young children with information panels on each and Ice Valley allows you to travel back in time to the last Ice Age. The zoo has lots of mammals, birds, reptiles and farm animals for children to learn about and see in their own environment.

Lots of thrills for older children and the bravest will take on the Cú Chulainn Rollercoaster and take a spin on the newest attraction Endeavour with speeds up to 40km and reaching a height of 68 feet.
