It is with great anticipation that we attach this year’s application for the ‘The Taste of Boyne Valley’, taking place on June 25th & 26th at Kilsaran Garden & Paving Centre, Dunboyne, Co Meath, from 12pm to 5pm each day.
This year we will have a bigger and better festival than ever before, with Kilsaran’s resident gardener Diarmuid Gavin, available for the weekend, along with cookery demos and lots of family entertainment.

McEvoy is a superstar of Irish music with her 1992 “Only a Woman’s Heart” highlighted the anthology A Womans Heart which became the bestselling album in Irish chart history. Celtic pop singer/songwriter McEvoy was born in Dublin on January 20, 1967, beginning piano lessons at age four; she took up the violin two years later, and as a teen joined the Junior Irish Youth Orchestra.
Eatzen, Ashbourne will be hosting a very special evening of music and cocktails this Friday 08 April. They have invited a guest cocktail bartender to mix his favourite drinks with some Eatzen flair. Choose from a range of cocktails on the menu, Eatzen regulars will get a kick out of the "Tim" Collins and for the month that's in it, party goers can raise a glass of Clover Club cocktail too.
Traditional street parades will be held throughout the Boyne Valley on Saturday, 17th March, to mark St Patrick’s Day. Thousands of people are expected to line the streets of the county’s main towns and villages to watch the annual celebration of the national feast day.
Ashbourne Chamber of Commerce is busy preparing for this year’s St Patrick’s Day parade, which starts at 1.30pm from the Lidl car park.
