Since ancient times, the time of year that the light turns to dark has been celebrated in Ireland. It is a moment in time when the rules can be broken as a cavalcade of Púca take to the streets, transforming the night into a playground.

Púca Festival taking place from October 31st - November 2nd will see stunning light installations and performers, playful interactives and awe-inspiring bespoke projections at ancient sites of Ireland’s Ancient East, and a new music festival across unique venues in County Meath and County Louth.

Trim Salmon of Knowledge Festival in partnership with Race Around Ireland present a cultural experience of the mythical Salmon of Knowledge coinciding with the start of the Race Around Ireland Event.

It is a celebration of the river Boyne in all it’s glory.  The festival features drama, musical, story telling, sporting activities (for young & not so young) and novelties from Trim and the Boyne Valley region.

Music, street theatre, dance, heritage events, food market, craft fair and lots of quirky fun events, our award-winning festival has something for everyone from young children to teenagers to adults.

A rural celebration in a contemporary town, Dunshaughlin Harvest Festival is run completely by local volunteers.

Fairyhouse Racecourse Home of the BoyleSports Irish Grand National, Ireland’s most valuable handicap steeple-chase with a prize fund of €500,000. First run in 1870, it has become a key date in the Irish sporting calendar. Public bar/ restaurant and suites available for meetings and functions.

At the mouth of the majestic River Boyne, that most Irish of rivers, Drogheda is perfectly positioned to host this wonderful celebration of 'ceoil agus craic'. Over 500,000 visited the town and Drogheda is ready to once again welcome musicians, their families and visitors alike in August 2019.
