Join us on Friday 9th February 2018 & Friday 11th May 2018 & Sunday 19th August 2018 & Friday 9th November 2018 at The Signal Restaurant for a gastronomic adventure as we take you on a gourmet wine & dine evening with Simon Tyrrell, wine specialist and owner of the renowned Les Deux Cols in partnership with Tindal Wines, and Patrick Cooney, from the award winning Boyne Brewhouse.

Excellent quality drinks served alongside a 7 Course Tasting Menu specially curated by Executive Chef at The Signal Restaurant, Killian O’Donohoe, and featuring the finest of local Boyne Valley fresh produce.
