North Meath Road Races Ltd, promoting Kells Road Races

Kells Road Races have been running since 1994 on the popular Crossakiel circuit which is also famous for its high speed jumps. Crossakiel is a small village just minutes outside Kells which is one of the most historic and picturesque towns in the Boyne Valley.

At present there are over 40 members within the club who are very enthusiastic about Road Racing and everything that is involved with it.  Kells Road Races have attracted many high profile riders over the years including Joey Dunlop, Guy Martin, Ryan Farquhar, Cameron Donald, Keith Amor, William Dunlop, Michael Dunlop, Alan Bonner, Derek Sheils, Derek McGee and 2018 Manx Gp winner Andy Farrell to name a few.

This is the first southern road race of 2019 and a large volume of spectators are expected. Previous years has seen 5000 – 8000 spectators over the full weekend. Top speeds throughout the circuit are over 170 mph on the narrow roads. Simply amazing to watch!

A highlight of this year's festival is the raffle to win your very own bike!
