The “Fleadh Beag” is taking place in Monasterboice and the Monasterboice Inn, County Louth. There will be a marquis with an old style bar, coffee and food available. Enjoy lots of fun and games for children and families.

Lots of great music sessions taking place each day in the Fleadh Paddock and in Monasterboice Inn where musicians are most welcome. Start your adventure to the Fleadh from the park and ride at Monasterboice, run by Naomh Mairtin GFC.


The cross of Muiredach at Monasterboice is the finest High Cross in Ireland and is highly regarded as one of the best surviving examples of Irish religious art. The site comprises two churches and a round tower. Wonderful local guides tell the story of Monasterboice and Ireland’s Ancient East and bring the story of the Boyne Valley to life.
