We have just launched our “This is where the adventure begins” campaign here in the Boyne Valley and we have some great events for you to look forward to. Whether you are visiting as a family, as a couple or travelling on your own- there is something for everyone to enjoy. Be sure to check out our new videos for inspiration on your next trip.

Theatres and Galleries
Drocihead Arts Centre
Spend some time immersing yourself in our art and culture scene here in the Boyne Valley. Exhibitions are taking place at Solstice Arts Centre in Navan, Highlanes Gallery in Drogheda and The Droichead Arts Centre in Drogheda.

Music Events
The Boyne Valley is well known for its bustling music scene and there is plenty to look forward to this Spring. No matter what your taste in music there is something for everyone here. Adventure means fun, and there is so much fun to be had at a comedy night in the Boyne Valley this Spring. Look forward to a night of laughs at The Headfort Arms Hotel, The Solstice Arts Centre, The Venue Theatre and Knightsbrook Hotel.

The Boyne Valley is famous for its rich landscape and amazing producers. A trip to a foodie event is a must this Spring and there are plenty of events happening during the Boyne Valley Food Series. The Boyne Valley food and wine tasting event at the Station House Hotel is always a special night out too! 

Golf events
Kileen Castle Golf Club
Tee off in the Boyne Valley this spring at any one of our renowned golf courses. Join the men’s winter league at Bellewstown Golf Club and sharpen up your skills before the summer months.

Garden Events
Loughcrew Estate
Enjoy Wildlife Month at Loughcrew Estate and Gardens this spring and spend some time in the great outdoors.  "Wildlife Month" starts during the February school mid-term break. It will run for the full week of the mid-term and then every weekend until St Patrick's Day. Beewise Nature Trail are also hosting their first open day on the 18th of March! A great day out is guaranteed for all the family. 

Kids Activity Events
Tayto Park Zoo
You will never be stuck for something to do on your family trip to the Boyne Valley. This spring, why not book a family cooking course at Lismullen School of Culinary Arts. Discover Wild with Wonder- the Tayto Park Zoo walk. Visit Newgrange Farm to see their flock of sheep lambing and their herd of cows calving. Book into the fairy school at Slane Castle. Enjoy Easter Egg hunts at Navan Adventure Centre and Beewise Nature trail. The hardest thing will be to choose what activity you want to do first! 

Boyne Valley Viking Experience
Bring out that sense of adventure that’s been hidden for the past two years and visit Boyne Valley activities for their Learn to Kayak courses. If you prefer to keep your feet on dry land then make a date with Slane Castle on the 21st or 22nd of May for their Boyne Valley Viking experience
