Join Loreto Guinan, Heritage Officer Meath County Council and Mark Smith, KPW Creative Associate/ Print Studio Technician and listen to the fascinating story of the new Kells Printing Works. Find out about the wonderful paper collection and it's painstaking conservation, catch the Last Dance poster exhibition & hear the fascinating stories behind the newly restored Victorian printing presses.

Come and explore the new Kells Printing Works and take a step back in time when the written word was crafted by hand, ink and iron. You will learn about the entire traditional printing process and see our collection of historic cast iron presses. Free event but booking is required.
Dates and Times: 15th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st, 23rd August 2026 @ 10-11am and 11am-12pm (23rd) two evening tours 7-8pm (19th & 20th)
