A relaxing indoor Pilates session at 'G'N'R' Café along the Boyne Valley to Lakelands Greenway, designed to attract both local and vistors. 

The event will include simple Irish language words for participants ( e.g anáil isteach / amach ) to gently introduce Gaeilge in an accessible way.

Following the session, participants will receive  a matcha drink and a pair of Pilates socks. This event promoto wellbeing, sustainable tourism and Irish culture in a welcoming indoor setting.
