St Patricks Weekend
On Friday 15th and Saturday 16th March our new dining series Noches Españolas takes place. As a decidedly Spanish flavour descends upon the Castle presented by head chef Yasmina Bustillo Diez celebrating the flavours of her native Spain.
It begins in Browne's Bar with a Spanish Cocktail and a selection of Tapas appetisers followed by delicious four-course set menu in The Gandon Room Restaurant.
The cost is €75 per person and booking is online. A selection of Spanish wines are available as perfect pairings for the menu. Dietary requirements must be flagged in advance.

Easter Afternoon Tea & Mini Tour

Slane Castle presents a special Easter Afternoon Tea and mini Tour combining a short, guided tour with the grand tradition of afternoon tea & a glass of bubbles. Hosted in our magnificent Gothic Ballroom, described as 'undoubtedly the finest gothic revival room in Ireland'.
