Bective Tea Rooms

Bective Tea Rooms is fondly known by many locals as the North Lodge or the Gate Lodge of the Bective House Estate. It has been a fantastic project restoring the old cottage. With the old building meeting the new build, we have created a beautiful modern, snazzy Café with immaculate gardens and eye-catching surroundings. A fitting place if you fancy sitting back and relaxing with a good cup of coffee you can enjoy our fabulous Bective Blend Coffee or a cup of tea while indulging yourself to a delicious feast of exquisite freshly baked confectionary or a full breakfast or light brunch with a glass of wine or Prosecco to tantalize your pallet.

All our food is sourced locally and freshly prepared by our in-house chefs. We take great pride in quality and taste and providing our customers with an experience.

Enjoy our newly developed 3.5 kilometre woodland walk that is open to our Restaurant/Cafe Customers and guests staying in the estate. Our walks are not for members of the public and our grounds and Estate remain private and for customers only.
