This exhibition celebrates ten years of Meath Beo, a project dedicated to showcasing high quality live Irish Traditional music artists associated with County Meath. Over the past decade, Meath Beo has given platform to outstanding local musicians, performing in beautiful historic spaces, creating performances that are humblingly striking and musically rich.

At the heart of Meath Beo is a simple but powerful idea: to honour the living tradition of Irish traditional music in Meath by placing it in relationship with the county’s architectural and cultural heritage. From castles & churches to great houses & ancient halls, these performances connect sound, place & history in a uniquely Meath setting.
