The Cranmore Pavilion at Killeen Castle

The Cranmore Pavilion at Killeen Castle offers a collection of distinctive dining spaces, each designed to reflect the tranquillity and beauty of the surrounding estate.  

Set against the rolling parkland of Royal County Meath, floor-to-ceiling windows flood the pavilion with natural daylight, creating an atmosphere that feels almost outdoors while you remain in complete comfort. Whether you are enjoying a relaxed breakfast, a leisurely lunch, or an evening meal, the scenic golf course and countryside views become part of the experience.  

Our menus are thoughtfully curated using the finest locally sourced ingredients, celebrating seasonal produce and contemporary Irish flavours. Every dish is crafted with balance, creativity and care to ensure a dining experience that is both satisfying and memorable.  

Executive Head Chef Declan Cronin and his team work closely with trusted local suppliers to deliver fresh, seasonal menus that cater for all tastes and dietary requirements.  

Breakfast is served seven days a week from 8:00 am to 10:30 am, with morning coffee and freshly baked homemade scones, a firm favourite among walkers and locals enjoying the estate grounds. Throughout the day, guests can enjoy light bites, relaxed lunches or indulgent evening dining.  

To complete your visit, choose from a selection of local whiskeys, refreshing gins, fine wines or a perfectly poured pint of Guinness.  

Sixteen Lounge 

Open seven days a week from 8:00 am until one hour after sunset, Sixteen Lounge offers a relaxed all-day dining experience in a warm and welcoming setting.  

This inviting social space is open to visitors and guests alike, providing the perfect place to unwind, meet friends, or enjoy a casual meal while taking in the picturesque countryside views.  

A full drinks menu is available throughout the day, featuring expertly crafted barista coffees, premium spirits, beers and a curated selection of fine wines. 

The Kiln  

Open daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, The Kiln is an exclusive dining & bar space reserved for residents and in-house lodge guests, along with members and today’s golf guests.  

Offering both indoor comfort and outdoor terrace seating, The Kiln provides a refined yet relaxed environment where guests can enjoy elevated dining while taking in uninterrupted estate views.  

Sycamore Suite  

The Sycamore Suite provides an elegant and versatile setting for family gatherings, celebrations and private functions, comfortably accommodating between 40 and 160 guests.
