Brenda Castles, from Co. Meath, mastered concertina under maestro Mícheál Ó'Raghallaigh. With two solo albums, she's a seasoned performer, often appearing with Mick Moloney's Green Fields of America. Beyond music, Brenda has delved into film, producing 'Plight of the Bumble Bee' with her own compositions as a soundtrack. Recent appearances include at TradFest and Consairtín festival.  

Gatehouse is an acclaimed Irish traditional band known for their rich musicality, expressive vocals, and deep respect for tradition. Featuring Rachel Garvey, Jacinta McEvoy, John McEvoy, and John Wynne, the group brings together some of Ireland’s finest traditional musicians.

Blending evocative ballads with lively tunes, Gatehouse creates a sound that is both rooted and refreshingly contemporary. Their award-winning albums and captivating live performances have earned them a strong reputation in the music scene.
