A Spanish Evening of Wine and Food at the Glyde Inn

The Glyde Inn, Annagassan will host an evening of Spanish wine and food as part of Spanish week on Fri 8th October 2021. We will pair 6 Spanish wines with a Galician inspired seafood menu and a selection of Spanish products.

Annagassan is linked with Catoira in Galicia because of their shared influence of the Vikings and Seafood.

Clogherhead, meaning "rocky headland" is a fishing village in County Louth. Located in a natural bay on the East Coast it is bordered by the villages of Annagassan to the north and Termonfeckin to the south and is about 12 km northeast of Drogheda.

Traditional Irish Pub dating back to 1770 and Sea View Restaurant specialising in local seafood.The Glyde Inn sits here at the heart of natural beauty. A place of sandy beach, deep blue sea and distant granite mountains.  all culminating in a quiet, friendly atmosphere that surpasses expectations. Situated in Annagassan, a place famous for Linn Duachaill, a Viking Longphort overlooking the Cooley and Mourne Mountains.
