The Prince of Rock/Pop to visit the Royal County: Harry Styles at Slane Castle 2023

Date: 11/05/2023

August 1981 saw the first concert at Slane Castle, and since then acts like U2, The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, Metallica, Guns N’ Roses, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, David Bowie, Queen and REM have all performed in Slane in the Boyne Valley. This year, after a break of 3 years, Slane Castle is welcoming the Prince of Rock/Pop to Slane- Harry Styles.

The flamboyant star is a worthy successor to rock legends who have previously headlined at Slane Castle and his stage presence has been likened to Freddie Mercury and Mick Jagger, both of whom played at the venue. If you were lucky enough to get tickets for the concert on June 10th, then you are in for a great day of music. Have a look at our website here for the best things to do in the region to make the most of your trip.
