All paces no pressure, just getting outside in the freedom of the great outdoors on the Boyne Valley to Lakelands Greenway and maybe picking up a few words as Gaeilge! Come as you are and move at your own pace in nature on this chilled social run. Expect a few surprises along with delicious refreshments and that feel good factor. Everyone welcome!
