If you are looking for a traditional St Brigid's Day, look no further than Moynalty Steam Threshing Museum. With live music and dance on offer along with a St Brigid's cross workshop and a circle of blessing, Moynalty Steam Threshing Museum is the place to be to celebrate St Brigid. There is also an opportunity to visit a Country Kitchen in the Museum to celebrate the culture and traditions of rural Ireland and experience Biddy Boy's Tradition with straw hats from the Museum. St Brigid's Day in Elmgrove Flower Farm
Elmgrove Flower Farm is opening up its famous daffodil fields to the public for one day only Saturday, February 1st to mark the annual feast day of Ireland's patroness saint. €5 per person, people can pick as many flowers as their hands can hold and capture the wonder of thousands of daffodils bursting into bloom.
To add to the festivities, there will also be a fun and creative workshop led by Aga from Playful Tribe, suitable for ages 3 and up.
