Award winning Blacksmith An Gobha offers immersive and interactive experiences of traditional iron age metal forging as demonstrated by the character An Gobha - The Blacksmith of the Boyne Valley. From the forge of the smooth road, Slighe Assail, Bohermeen, ancient corridor to the Hill of Tara, demonstrations are delivered with theatre, stories, myths, history and fun. An Gobha also creates and sells hand crafted decorative jewellery, commission works, blades, spears and shields based on an ancient and mythical past.
