A new Story Trail has been installed at Blackwater Park in Navan. 

The new story is Amuigh Faoin Spéir by Sadhbh Devlin.  We hope you have fun reading the book, listening to the songs and even singing.

Join us for a fishing trip on the beautiful lakes and rivers of Ireland’s Boyne Valley region. All equipment is provided. You’ll be accompanied by an experienced angling expert as you explore the region’s waterways in pursuit of trophy fish. Go Fishing Ireland arranges guided boat fishing trips on lakes and rivers as well as angling and fly casting lessons. Suitable for all levels of experience. Award winning Blacksmith An Gobha offers immersive and interactive experiences of traditional iron age metal forging as demonstrated by the character An Gobha - The Blacksmith of the Boyne Valley. From the forge of the smooth road, Slighe Assail, Bohermeen, ancient corridor to the Hill of Tara, demonstrations are delivered with theatre, stories, myths, history and fun. An Gobha also creates and sells hand crafted decorative jewellery, commission works, blades, spears and shields based on an ancient and mythical past.

Navan - Sculpture Trail – featuring 15 public art features by artists of international reputation.

The trail can be taken in two stages – as a small walk encompassing the town centre, or for the more adventurous, heading out of town to view works located on the approaches to Navan. This can done in conjunction with the Navan Points of Pride walk, a map for which can be downloaded here.
